About Culinairia

We build operational waste intelligence: hardware at the rail, honest classification states, and exports that finance and ops can share. Fewer buzzwords, more receipts.

Mission

Our mission is to make food waste visible, measurable, and actionable at the moment it leaves the kitchen. Culinairia exists so operators can run food waste management with the same discipline they apply to labor, sales, and purchasing—using kitchen waste analytics that survive peak service, not clipboard exercises that die under pressure.

Vision

We envision a standard where every high-volume F&B organization treats discard events as first-class operational data: timestamped, weighted, categorized, costed, and traceable across sites. Food waste tracking should plug into finance and procurement workflows as naturally as inventory variances—so reduce-food-waste programs are judged on P&L impact, not narrative alone.

Why we built Culinairia

We kept seeing the same gap: leadership asked for sustainability and margin improvements while kitchens lacked ground truth at the bin. Scales without context, cameras without weight, and manual logs that never survived Friday service could not produce defendable kitchen waste analytics. Teams debated opinions because the data layer was missing.

Culinairia is our answer—an AI-powered operational intelligence platform that respects messy reality. Multi-frame capture, explicit confidence states, offline-first edge behavior, and exports designed for reconciliation reflect how enterprise food service actually runs. We built for the rail, the network blip, and the finance review—not the demo kitchen.
